These are the only results we have…
Intermediate-the Fond Du Lac blades placed 2nd in their division. They fell three times. The Windjammers took first. The scores from the intermediate division were inflated because the panel factored the scores by the wrong number. The Fond Du Lac Blades had been aiming to receive scores in the 60s at Nationals. They received well above that number at Beaver Dam.
Collegiate-UW was the only one to compete.
Open Collegiate-UW Open Collegiate team took first. UW Minnesota Deluth placed 2nd and UW Eau Claire placed third

Midwestern Collegiate
This year’s mids was tight. Places 3-5 were close. The University of Wisconsin had a fall in their pivot block which accounted for negative GOEs and a automatic one point deduction, placing them just shy of the podium. UWSST had the third highest component marks. Western Michigan University, who had placed 6th at the Dr. Porter competition came back with a bang yesterday, placing 2nd behind Miami University. Michigan State University sustained about the same score they have been seeing for most of the season. The University of Michigan slipped back from their placement at Dr. Porter, where they received first place. They had one fall in their program. The University of Minnesota qualified for nationals for their first year in the Collegiate division! They received 70 points. Adrian College also skated well. The University of Illinois did not qualify for nationals. Their collegiate team placed 5th at Nationals last year.

Collegiate official
The collegiate teams had their official practices tonight. There was no ice make during the official practice session, so the ice was pretty chopped up. Each team did 2 run-throughs. they have teams sharing locker rooms, which is unusual and pretty cramped. I am not sure if they will do this for the event as well? More updates in the morning!
